Sana Sana Corazón: Healing Circle for Survivors of Violence

Sana Sana Corazón is a safe, inclusive healing circle during Domestic Violence Awareness Month. We’ll open with the four winds and elements, share drumming, movement, EFT tapping, a release fire ritual, and close with a Pachamanca a la olla (Andean communal meal cooked in a pot, layered with herbs).

Pachamanca a la Olla — Participant Guidelines

• Marinade provided: I will provide the house marinade for all items placed in the pot.

• We’ll line the pot with corn husks, fresh mint (hierbabuena) and fresh oregano as our aromatic base.

• Meats (optional): bring store-packaged chicken leg quarters or pork ribs (sealed, from a licensed butcher/grocery).

  • No cutting on site (space + safety). Items must arrive ready to marinate (e.g., leg quarters or separated ribs).
